- Why carbon matters – where markets and consumers are heading.
- Emissions on-farm – what they actually look like in Great Southern farming systems.
- Carbon basics explained – including Scope 1, 2 and 3 (in plain language)
- Productivity first – improving efficiency and where carbon fits in.
- Insetting vs offsetting – what’s the difference ?
- Carbon projects – what they are, the risks to be aware of, and which types may suit the Great Southern.
- Carbon accounting tools – a simple introduction to the main platforms.
