The Carbon Farming Outreach Project is a national, industry-led program funded by the Australian Government and coordinated by the Grower Group Alliance (GGA). Stirlings to Coast Farmers (SCF) is delivering science-based workshops across the South Coast and lower Great Southern, using content developed by the University of Melbourne and Prof. Richard Eckard. The workshops, titled Confusion to Clarity, aim to help local farmers understand carbon in agriculture and how tracking emissions can benefit their businesses. The series launched in April 2025 in Green Range and Cranbrook, with strong positive feedback from participants.
