This 18-month project, funded by the Mount Burdett Foundation (Chris Reichstein’s legacy), aims to build leadership skills in young farmers (under 35) from Albany, Plantagenet, and Cranbrook shires. At least 10 participants will receive training in financial literacy, ag-specific life/business coaching, governance, and public speaking. The group will also take part in a WA-based 2-night study tour will connect them with inspirational ag leaders.
