April 2022

The 2021 season was challenging, exceptional, unique, wet, waterlogged, unprecedented and I could go on and on trying to describe the past season we all experienced. Throughout the year and during harvest the SCF team had many interesting discussions with members and agronomists.

They say crisis breeds innovation and I think we have saw a lot of innovation and adaption last season. This panel discussion will cover the 2021 season, strategies that were utilised in response to waterlogging, and the performance of late and reseeded crops. We will discuss what lessons can be learnt from this unique season, and how this will effect management

decisions moving forward.
